The Jamaica Police Federation is the representing body for the Jamaica Constabulary Force who  is above 14000 members strong and within each parish members of various ranks are selected to represent members of there ranks these police personnel are refer to as Delegates. On a yearly basis Delegates from the fourteen parishes of Jamaica would gather to discuss ways and means of making their respective ranks comfortable and worth while as they leave their homes from day to day to protect the citizens of Jamaica.

The mission of the Jamaica Police Federation is

To promote and advance welfare of ranks and file members in Educating, Enlightening and Empowering them, for the total development of the Force and the protection of the society

The Jamaica Police Federation works for the protectors enabling the Sub-Officers and Constables of the Force to consider and bring to the notice at the Commissioner of Police and minister of National Security all matters affecting their general welfare and efficiency, there shall be established in accordance with the second Schedule an organization to be called the Police Federation.

“To continue collaboration with stake holders, promote the total welfare advancement of our members, in order facilitate continuous professional service to both our internal and external customers.”
