The Jamaica Police Federation provides various assistance to its members and their family in doing this Jamaica citizen are assisted and are more safer as the protectors works towards a safer Jamaica.

The Police Federation believe that a healthy force is a more productive force and in doing what we do best “Protecting the Protectors” we find that Jamaica is now running towards the Police for support as the force becomes a place like home. Citizen starts to believe in the police as the various policies and confidentiality of our members improves we are now being able to protect those who are putting a daunt on crime and violence “The Protectors”.
We partner with Sagicor to provide a better health care for members. All members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force are holders of an health card which assisted them with up to 80% of their heath fees after which we the Jamaica Police Federation settle the balances. Other areas such as Optical are a set fee of $10,000.00.
From time to time the Jamaica Police Federation is charged with assisting members at the Board of Esquires to represent members with a fair trail before being put to the court for a final verdict. We represent members and only within the laws of the country so the families and friends of our members are not put to shame by an unfair trial.
We believe our members one day will want to sit back in their chairs and enjoy a good time with families and friends without having to go to any work as the time for work are now gone. The federation continues to negotiate for additional benefits for its members to benefit even after work is over.
