A Sergeant in the Jamaica Constabulary Force, Sergeant Rowe has been a police officer for over twelve (12) years. he has made the goal of the JCF the object of my own ambition and effort – he live to serve, protect and reassure citizens.
Now 31 years old, he has dedicated his life and time to his family, community and his country. He has several achievements – academically, personally and professionally – but none is more dear to him than the opportunities he has been given to impact the lives of many through his everyday duties as a policeman and community involvement. He often said that his life is worth absolutely nothing if others do not benefit from his efforts.
He prides himself on being a disciplined man who ascribes to strong morals and values and is dedicated to a life of hard work underpinned by his desire to lead by example. He command the respect of his colleagues and citizens with whom he interacts daily. He has been a model policeman throughout his career, one that may be deemed worthy of being elevated to the highest level in the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
